Return Policy – Live Plants

At Foreman And Sons Nursery LLC, we take great care in growing and packaging our plants to ensure they arrive healthy and in good condition.

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to process a return or refund.

Live Plant Arrival Guarantee
Because plants are living items, we ask that customers inspect their plants immediately upon delivery. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging so we can assist you.

Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for approved returns. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.

No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees. Approved returns will receive a full refund once the item is received and inspected.

Return Conditions for Live Plants

  • Plants must be returned in the same condition they were received.

  • Plants that show signs of neglect, improper care, repotting, or physical damage after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

  • Plants must be returned with the original pot and packaging when possible.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Final Sale Items
We do not sell final sale items, which means all products purchased from our store are eligible for return within the 30-day return period if they meet the return conditions.
