How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection of plants, choose the plant you want, and click the Add to Cart button. When you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase securely through Shopify.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options available through Shopify checkout.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship plants within the United States.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

How are plants packaged for shipping?
Each plant is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. We take extra care to ensure plants arrive safely and ready to thrive in their new home.


Plant Care

How often should I water my plant?
Most houseplants should be watered when the top 1–2 inches of soil feels dry. Avoid overwatering, as this is one of the most common mistakes for new plant owners.

What kind of light do indoor plants need?
Most houseplants grow best in bright, indirect light. Some plants can tolerate lower light conditions, but direct sunlight can sometimes damage leaves.

What if I’m new to owning plants?
No problem. Many of the plants we offer are beginner-friendly and easy to care for. We also provide basic care tips to help you keep your plants healthy.


Plant Condition

Will my plant look exactly like the photos?
Each plant is unique, so size, shape, and color may vary slightly from the photos. However, we carefully select healthy plants that meet our quality standards.

What should I do when my plant arrives?
When your plant arrives, gently unpack it and allow it time to adjust to its new environment. Place it in the recommended lighting conditions and water as needed.


Order Issues

What if my plant arrives damaged?
If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the plant and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
